I have been here only twice and I love it! The first time I noticed a poster of the Pingtung Summer Carnival on the back window. I love that kind of thing so this time, I asked the lady if I could have it and she said yes! Highly recommend you check it out! Go see this lady in the corner booth. She's a real sweetie. Big shout out to her!

One problem, bicycles can be rented wed-su other days only u-bikes/e-bikes if they are available, but difficult for a foreigner though. Nice bike road around the bay area a.12km. About 1+ h by bus from Kaohsiung city.

Newly developed recreational area in Kaohsiung. Not much activity on working days. Having coffee in the "church"-building is super popular, so customers are served in 1 -hour-time periods. Recommend a boat cruise, too.
