國民革命忠烈祠

這裡是祭祀殉國將士的聖地，氛圍莊嚴肅穆，建築氣勢磅礴且精美。每日 09:00 至 17:00 每個整點都有精彩的衛兵交接儀式，動作精準有力，展現出高度的紀律美感，是許多遊客慕名而來、不容錯過的文化體驗。

忠烈祠位在圓山飯店旁，背倚青山，面臨基隆河。建於民國58年（西元1969年），佔地廣大，主建築型式仿北京故宮太和殿，雄偉壯麗宏偉，象徵著烈士們成仁取義的大無畏精神。圍繞於忠烈祠四周的1萬餘坪的青草地，在群山的拱衛中，營造出一種清幽而肅穆的氣氛，更烘托出建築物的莊嚴。 1969年完工落成而成為今貌，是目前中華民國全國崇祀國殤位階最高場所，也是國際人士訪問該國時，向殉難英烈致敬的代表場所。入祀烈士經中華民國國防部造冊報請總統明令行之。該祠奉祀自開國、討袁、護法、東征、北伐、剿匪、討逆、抗日、戡亂、古寧頭戰役、南日島戰役、大陳島戰役、海南島戰役、東山島戰役、一江山戰役、八二三炮戰、泰緬孤軍以及六一九砲戰，從建國初期至政府遷台後各時期的殉職官兵暨死難軍民共40萬餘人。 圓山忠烈祠鄰近圓山大飯店，祠內由中華民國三軍儀隊擔任禮兵駐守。 儀隊交接儀式於每日上午9:00至下午5:00的整點執行；其中下午5:00的儀式提早至下午4:40開始，操槍動作大約20分鐘。 儀隊交接儀式，使圓山忠烈祠成為臺北市特別受到外國旅客造訪的一處觀光景點。

His wisdom aligns with the emperor’s vision, his presence surpasses all ministers in court. Sun and moon seem to bow before Qin’s trees, heaven and earth encircle the Han palace. The northern tribes retreat in fear, fine horses once again arrive from the east. Commissioned to distant frontier sands, he returns to share the imperial seat. Once favored in court like a cherished crane, yet in the hunt, never merely ornamental. Granted lands and noble titles, he vows loyalty to mountains and rivers. Not yet a guest among jeweled courtiers, already he bears the marks of age. In youth he inscribed his heroic resolve, his life drifting like a solitary reed. Years passed as spring grasses withered, today he faces the end of his journey. Military arts remain with Sun Chu, within the ranks stands Lü Meng’s insight. With a single sword for defense, he prepares to lean upon Mount Kongtong.
